Ingredients:
- 1 pack of tteokbokki sauce (available at Asian Spice)
- 200g rice cakes (tteok)
- 2-3 boiled eggs
- A handful of shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- 100g kimchi (for serving)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water (or broth)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
How to cook?
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Boil rice cakesfor 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes, peel, and cut them in half.
- Prepare shredded mozzarella cheese (50-100g, depending on preference).
- Have the kimchi ready to serve on the side.
