Terms of delivery and sending packages.
Serenissima jdoo, on behalf of the ASIAN SPICE web store, sends all its shipments to GLS and DPD delivery services within 48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays), and the price of delivery within Croatia is 5 EUR (37.67 KN).
For orders over 39.99 EUR (301.3 HRK), delivery is free. Delivery time within Croatia is 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Just before delivery, the customer receives an SMS with delivery details.
After receiving an SMS with delivery details, the customer can contact the delivery person.
Serenissima j.d.o.o. at no time is it responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
Immediately after the purchase by the customer, the process of delivery of the purchased products/goods is started.
