A customer is any legal person who places an order and makes a payment on a store's website with a place of residence or headquarters in the EU.

PRICES

All prices on the store are expressed in Euros (EUR) and Kunas (Kn) with VAT.

ORDER

Products - goods can be ordered 24 hours a day, every day of the week (7 days). The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the order.

We strive to have all items immediately available for delivery, if a specific item is not available, and the customer has agreed that a replacement product can be sent to him, a replacement product will be sent according to the product exchange conditions.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders over 39.99eur. For orders less than 40eur, delivery is paid 5eur for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery costs for orders outside the Republic of Croatia will be calculated according to the price of the delivery service, delivery is paid regardless of the value of the order.

HOW TO SUBMIT COMPLAINTS

Regardless of the previous point of these General Terms and Conditions, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid when the offer was made.

Cash on delivery payment when picking up the product from the delivery person

Cash on delivery allows you to pay for orders upon delivery to the specified address. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the delivery person at the time of delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the arrival of the shipment.
